not really. sampling is when you take a 'sample' (a sound) and use it as a component (instrument, drum, etc.)

What basshunter is doing is stealing both a melody and a bassline and using it with his own sounds. To say tell you the truth, he's doing the complete opposite of sampling. Also, daft punk at least makes it their own. Basshunter added literally 2 notes to change the melody. two tiny notes in between swung eighth notes that were already there in the preceding measures. in short, rip off.

However you wish it will do it in either ways. Normally the proper way is like the one on the website. But This panel is suitable for both ways depending on your connection. If you insert the socket reversed then you will get this, if it is the orginal way then you will get the animated gif one like on the website.
