If I wanted a superpower just so I could watch someone change, I would go with x-ray vision instead. That way there is no chance of someone bumping into me. I could also see people naked anytime I wanted, not just when they were changing. With invisibility you might have people wondering where you are, with x-ray vision it just looks like you are staring off into space, which I do all the time anyway.
