What he did was take a 240sx, remove the S13 radiator core support , welded an S15 core support. he may have either bought oem style side fenders and cut out/welded them on or bought conversion fenders.
There are a few kits but basically it costs around $2000 for core support, fenders, headlights, hood.. and thats without the mechanics fee for welding and installation which is a few hundred if not thousand more. Also die grinder may have been hired too if he used the S13 core support with the conversion. It really isnt a cheap thing to do but I like it looks way better than those flip lights.
well there is not alot of choice conversion front ends.. i've only been able to find half a dozen different ones. 3 from VSpeed and 2 from origin which is what the Enjuku S13.5 uses. Spoiler is not needed, why would he need extra downforce and besides spoiler doesnt help when it comes to drifting.

i have seen them done in many ways, im my opinion i dont like how the roofs lines dont flow as much as the fastback. the s13 front japan would be cheaper and look great if it well done with a suttle kit over the s15 front. i have done bother personaly so thats my opinion
