I dunno, one person said that, but another person denied it. I'm guessing that, given the slight shift in Josh's personality somwhere in early season 1, he was initially based on Rahm but diverged into more of a...ah...goofball. Anyway, Josh is way too immature and silly to be heavily modeled on Rahm, but I could totally see Rahm acing that "you just got totally brow-beaten by a little stupid-sounding guy" routine. Yes, Josh is more than great :)
