I use the water II crystal poi by Flowtoys

I have a water II and also the Air. Which don't go bad with each other. the only difference is the one Aqua LED in the air.

i'll make one in a couple of days. its actually one of the first moves i learned. its just 4 2beat weaves put together.

learn both 3 beat weaves, forward and back, then learn windmills and link em. learn it firward and backwards after.
