I'm a postal worker (yeah I know) and used to be a window clerk -- customers are def NOT supposed to put on customs forms. Her name should be on your receipt. Definitely complain! 1800ASKUSPS sends it to the postmaster automatically and they have to respond to you. It was a bad job and people treated us like crap but that's still no excuse to be that rude!

Why are Postal people so "postal" they're just plain rude , I sent a package clearly marked with " hazard material" emblem on the box and postal witch asked me if it contained, hazardous material,I said I don't know, she then said "well the package is clearly marked for liquid/hazardous material",so I responded why ask me bitch if you can tell by the markings on the box.
