@mfgangsta916 You don't really train cats to like water, you try to make them used to the water and hope their personalities lend them to liking to swim around in the water. Some cats you can try everything to get them to like water and they'll shy away, and others will jump into any body of water they can find after their first dip. It's all up to the individual. Feeding cats some treats and petting them every time they're dunked in warm water may help, I'm not sure how much though.
