if you search for "Black Swan family chilling in Haarlem", there is a whole family, being Very Friendly (hoping for some food ;) ). Just saw them all today again, there are seven Huge beautiful swans and six new tiny little ones :) They live next to quite a busy road...

They're so different to their white counterparts, I live in a waterside cabin and one came onto the decking for some food! I love black One solitary black swan comes for food everyday at noon, it's so nice, i usually hand feed him.

when I was a child growing up, there is a natural little park in the little town of Portugalete (Spain) they have so many beautiful animals there, from doves, peacocks, swans and many others... there was a black and white swan couple. One night someone killed the black swan, they closed the park for several weeks, that was so sad, the black swan was so gentle with the kids, always the first who come near us for bread. every time I see a black swan reminds me of him.
