Brian is a god...he's a musical genius, he's captivating and hypnotic. His voice and lyrics are completely sublime.

In my opinion, there is no band better than Placebo. Because unlike most bands, They actually put their hearts and souls into the music they create, you can feel the electric,soul destroying energy at live perfomances even if it's just watching them on youtube.

you really got that wrong... when he says "malaise" in French, it means "disease" in english(or sickness) and he doesn't refer to a physical illness, but rather to everything that's cool and in fashion. teenagers have to wear mascara or listen to a certain kind of music (emo) these days to be hip and cool, but when they grow old, they realize they followed some brands... I think that's what's about, and there's always something cool or an icon people follow, "a disease of the age", at any age :)

no it's not a subliminal message. It's footage from the original video. The original one was banned because of the nudity, so they made this one and slipped in some of the scenes. On the dvd they tell you about them getting the pics past the censors, lol.
