It's tiring hearing the rhetoric that Islam is a religion of peace, this is utter nonsense. You may be peaceful but Islam is not. Mohamed was not peaceful, he was a war lord and his followers take after him. The Koran is also not peaceful. You can pull out a verse that is but it is easily contradicted by another. If all of the Koran is not peaceful, Mohamed was a warlord(who married a six year old), why do you follow it? or is this sarcasm? Sometimes It's hard to tell.

Because it contradicts many of the statements in their "holy" Quran, which has been proven false TIME AND TIME AGAIN. For example, Muhammad makes no distinction between shooting stars (aka meteors in our atmosphere) and actual STARS:
"And verily We have beautified the world's heaven with lamps, and We have made them missiles for the devils..." (Quran, 67:5)
