hey i ordered some from these guys. blade-empire, weapons-universe, all the same people, all the same shitty service. i ordered something two weeks ago, never got it, never shipped, they took my money, wont answer my calls or emails. useless rip-off. dont waste your time or money. i actually just bought some stock brass and milled my own. for those of you that dont have a hard metal capable CNC machine idk what to do :/ as for you weapons-universe, im just sad that yall ripped me off :(

On the beggining I was making my knuckle dusters this way..but only 2 of them...took too much time, so I changed te strategy of fixing it to vice.

Took too much time. And not working anymore with drills, just mills.

The knuckles are nice but how are you making any money on these? That was a good size order judging by the cart full of blanks. I'm just saying you need to get a decent CAD/CAM package and ramp up the feeds and speeds and utilize some of the 2D high speed roughing/finishing toolpaths that are out there. This will cut your production time in half maybe more! Especially if that RoboDrill has the 24k Big Plus spindle. By the way these are aluminum knuckles, and 6061-T6 isn't billet

guys if you go to your local mall, or flea market, and go look for belt buckles. you can find a brass knuckle belt buckle and remove the screw's. its honestly a normal pair of brass knuckles & a lil screw for your belt. ( secret)

the way i do it is get the steel youre using free hand it through a band saw use bench grinder to get it rounded use belt sander to get it to exact shape, drill press the finger holes and use a dremmel to grind them down and for me it only takes 25 mins

hi m8 i got ur email i dont no if i have mesured my fingers right because i have been using a tape mesure all the way round my fingers that how i got 3" from when u say diameter do u meen only mesure the top of u finger not all the way round because my finger just at the top is just over 1" i have thin hands but would u still recommend a large size or medium thanks adam
