I think Brad should have called his supervisor to deal with it......mainly because that customer ate most of his breakfast. I think the customer just wanted a "mostly free" breakfast. You're supposed to determine the food quality near the beginning of your meal.....not when you're almost done...if you wanted a refund.

I have a friend who worked at Subway once, and got in a similar situation. He talked back to the customer, but did not get fired. In real life, the manager would have to answer to higher management positions, such as the district manager and so on. This manager, Dennis, is just a wimp.
