It looks like it was designed primariliy as an MTR attack or observation platform, with the cargo-lift capability a secondary thought. Could this platform be massively simplified to include lesser moving parts and components [less chance of failure in the multitude of systems]?

The idea being that it's an excuse to shoot- even though it's not effective to use a handgun on a locomotive. Hell, this justifies buying a bazooka for the dept. just in case it happens again! YESSS!!!!!!

It's a cargo vehicle. I like aviation and technology.
