I have been trough so much of these things like demon possessed people, and even experiencing it myself, that I can almost laugh at people who think this is rubbish. I, also, have experienced many of what Mr. Veith describes as having happened to his infant son. In my experience, I had to miss out on the birth of my first-born daughter for a 104 fever from demonic attack.

Paul wrote that the law of God is holy just and good, and that we are not free to break the commandments. (Romans) Paul does not contradict himself, so if he says one place to keep the Commandments, then he would not contradict himself. Likewise, Jesus said in Mt 5:17-19 that He did not come to destroy the Law, so then the Law is still binding, we still need to keep it.

abiogenesis, the odds of the enzyme coming into being by random chance is 1 in 10 the 40'000th power. The number of atoms in the whole universe is 1 in 10 to the 80th power. It's a mathematical impossibility, read up on it some more :)

I accept real science, based on real emperical evidence such as the shown to be true first of second law of thermodynamics. The first law which states that matter / energy cannot create itself contradicts the big bang theory. Nothing cannot create something (this actually violates causality).
I accept the second law which states that an isolated system (such as the universe) has a tendency to ultimately go from order to disorder. This ofcourse contradicts the theory of evolution.

I wonder why 7th day Adventists judge people that worship God on a sunday (which I see as just too stupid)! Is there any place in the bible in which God Himself condemned any man worshiping Him even on a sunday (e.g. like Daniel worshiping God everyday, including sunday, to the envious annoyance of his evil colleagues did God ever rebuke Daniel)? No, we are not living against this text, it is you who do not understand that it does not speak about the 7th day Sabbath. Paul wrote that the law of God is holy just and good, and that we are not free to break the commandments. (Romans) Paul does not contradict himself, so if he says one place to keep the Commandments, then he would not contradict himself. Likewise, Jesus said in Mt 5:17-19 that He did not come to destroy the Law, so then the Law is still binding, we still need to keep it.

Well, there is a remnant church in the end of days that would both "Keep the Commandments of God and have the Testimony of Jesus" So far only one church have this, as the rest are ignoring the commandments of Jesus Christ. What did you expect? The basic statement of his speech is, that he changed to creationism because he considers evolution to be not possible.
And as much as I would like to grant him his personal views on how the world was created, as much I need to blame him on trying to drive a wedge between religion and science in front of an audience of presumably full of creationists.
Judge me for it if you want, but I don't consider his testimony being honest.

Well, you need not fear Hell. Hell is a choice. You choose to turn away from God, to deny him as the Creator. Basically, Hell is being eternally separated from God. Seeing as no one knows what that feels like, except perhaps in the deepest moments of existential despair, I would seek to avoid it. God gives you a choice: Worship me and acknowledge the infinite, or worship Self and acknowledge only the finite. The problem with that is that God is perfect and Self is imperfect.

I'll gladly explain. The First Cause argument is the primary rational route to deductively concluding a logical necessity of a Creator. Until today, every counter-argument against the First Cause has been based on guesswork, escaping logical reasoning, observable facts and experiences. Mind you, "our senses" can experience far deeper phenomena than material and natural. Of which, there are plenty accounts. In short, denying supernatural is unwise at best.

The old Kent Hovind is a convicted fraud response. His Tax issue is irrelevant to his position in the evolution vs. God debate. Hovind is an interesting guy who presents very debatable logic and evidence to his claim. Some of his claims has really made me think outside my little world while others really hold no merrit in my opinion. To discredit him because he commited a tax crime(which U.S taxes are a crime in itself) would be like discrediting Richard Dawkins if he got caught stealing money.

I have a small car, just one hammer, and a pump action Remington 870 12 gauge shotgun. So....for atheist all the Christians are nuts. It seems to me that that man knows a great deal more than you'll ever know...he studied evolutionism more than you will ever do, but he have chosen to believe in God simply because he could not be a non-believer anymore ( and his expierences are for real...just hope you won't have such experiences like possesion, witchcraft or new age expierences).
Anyway, you have the right to believe whatever you want...no atheist will believe untill it hits him.

People have religious experiences all over the world, people see Jesus burned into toasted sandwiches, people have visions of the Hindu gods, people actually think that a god speaks to them, people feel Allahs presence, and I'm people used to have dreams and see Zeus. If you think these personal experiences suggest some kind of authenticity, then you don't understand the power of the human brain. You don't have to be sane to suffer a delusion, not the case at all.

I accept real science, based on real emperical evidence such as the shown to be true first of second law of thermodynamics. The first law which states that matter / energy cannot create itself contradicts the big bang theory. Nothing cannot create something (this actually violates causality).
I accept the second law which states that an isolated system (such as the universe) has a tendency to ultimately go from order to disorder. This ofcourse contradicts the theory of evolution.
