I tink it is always a matter of the moral tide of ligislative, beaurocrative, and just general moral involvement in everyones life. Money is first, thats what our peoblem is, how to we address this? Sadly, we shun religion, in the name of "Independance" from any governing body above their own, even if it is one in which promotes freedom from greed.
This is the blockade in environmental issues, and as was stated medical issues as well. I live in Canada where it is paid by our taxes it workswell
