  • mmmmmmmmm

  • I totally eat this EVERY winter. except when i make it i dont measure a thing, I like mine like a milk shake though. soooo good. Thanks to my granny! :D

  • Its quite difefrent from how i make mine.

Two cups of milk. (make sure its 2%milk)

One cup of sweetened condensed milk

Two and a half teaspoon of vanilla extract

    One cup of icing sugar

    Four cups of fresh snow

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredient except for snow.

Add the mixture onto the snow and beat with a wooden spoon. Keep stirring, until mixture turns fluffy and no crumbles of snow left.

Serve with chocolate syrup and enjoy!

  • Grate video. My niece is out of school because of the bad weather, and I am babysitting so this is going to be fun. adding this to favorites. btw hello from ur neighbor...LOL. I am from Missouri. If weather is going to keep us indoors might as well make the best of it.

  • making some tomorrow =]

  • look yummy

  • I never had know that you can eat snow.until my mother had told me.Wow sooooo awesome.

  • Thank You Tawra. I am enjoying a bowl of snow ice cream this very minute. I made the first batch and the vanilla was too strong. I mixed a second batch without vanilla to tame the flavor. It may have been an extra strong vanilla. (Grape juice slushes are a treat also. I use concentrate without diluting. The concentrate worked better than soda. )

  • omg i tried it and it was soooo good :)

  • i wish it snowed here =]

  • Man, That would be good right about now.

  • We used to make this as a kid, although it was always hard to find clean snow in Texas! I'm going to try to make some now, can't wait!

  • My mom just made snow cream in NJ.

Her son suggested, using pina colada mix instead of sweet milk, sugar and vanilla flavor.

    Excellent!!!.

This leads me to suggest, Use What You Have in your own fridge. We're going to try strawberry daqauri, and grape soda mix next.

  • wow me nd my freind just made sum. but we made it like 3 more times this was so good :). i hope it snows more often ;). we used regular milk but it still turned out good

  • just put SNOW and SYRUP. thats it

  • wow i wanna eat snow but it doesnt snow in dixon ca

  • Looks lovely!

  • I sometimes, just for the fun of it, made ice cream with the help of snow, not with snow in it. I mixed the snow with normal salt which makes it extremely cold, -20 degrees Celsius, whatever that is in Farenheit, and then I used that to freeze the milk mixture to make ordinary ice cream. This method can be used in case one has not freezer.

  • Would you have to eat it outside? :oS

  • Does that actually work? I can't imagine it actually tasting good...it don't have the same texture as ice cream..it looks all crumbly..but I'm still going to try it...I guess I can't say anything until I try it... :)
