The swinging vocal group who supply the intro. here, and many others who sang the intros in countless films of the 40's and early 50's are unfortunately almost always uncredited and thus unknown and forgotten. They were probably "studio singers" (just like "studio musicians" and hired dancers) rather than commercial vocal groups like the Pied Pipers. It would be interesting to find some music personnel connected to one of these old movies who might know the story behind movie vocal groups.

Thank you for putting Love Nest here. This is Leatrice Joy's final film. She was one of the best actresses and one of the most glamourous of the silent era.
She influenced Katharine Hepburn and Bette Davis to become actresses. They were fans of Leatrice when they were teeengers.
