Silver is good as a long term investement. For the poor and needy it isn't recomended.

If I had a good money surplus(over £500) and knowing for sure that you won't need it for SOME YEARS, I would invest I conic money though

Well, actually, you can. It can be made into silverware, and when you eat off of it, some of the silver ions/atoms come off in your food and you eat it. This is good for you because it is antiviral/bacterial and that is why they fed babies with a silver spoon to prevent sickness.

1 once of gold is currently the equivalent of about $1000 Anjimom. 1 ounce of silver is about $ 20. Unless you're some mega millionaire I don't see how these "coins" are going to way you down. I would also like to ask you, how you're going to take care of your kids while you're out 'stealing' what you need? With massive increases in gun sales and the fact that most people buying these guns are doing it to protect their wealth, I'm wondering how you're going to steal these necessities.

You DID miss the point. The point is that metal IS useful. Humanity will always need raw materials to produce the things we use to survive and thrive. We need more than just food and water for that. You see metal and you think "it's shiny, therefore it's useless". But you're not educated in the uses of these metals, nor in their rarity. When something is useful AND rare, it is valuable, which means that other people need it, which means it can be traded. These are very basic economic principles.

Most people who says that you can't eat silver, is saving their wealth in dollars, but guess what? YOu can't eat dollars either. Both will be like money in a crisis, but you will get a better bang for you wealth with silver. I say: stock up on food and water, get seeds, medicine, everyday living supplies(ex. tissue, alcohol ban-aids) and some protection(guard dog(s), gun(s), fishing gear, etc. Put up about 6 months worth of dollars, then start buying silver, and gold(if you can afford it).

We all know there is a premium on silver and gold-for example government issued canadian maples. Let's say you pay a $3.00 premium on a 1oz silver round and a $50 premium on the 1 oz gold round when they cost no different to make (not metal composition but manufacturing cost alone) so why the way higher premium on the gold? is this just proof that the government is taking as much of our money as possible? please reply with any thoughts and post to other videos

Actually, you can eat silver! Colloidal silver is one of the greatest disease fighting agents known. Many flu patients use colloidal silver to fight bacteria and germs.
