How to add extra effects to Windows movie maker using xml

I've added the XML to the appropriate file, but the effect wont work in moviemaker!! :( HELP!!!!

@TheZeaf hi i have ran across the same problem; some of the codes dont work so far "bullet holes" was the only one that didnt work for me. But if u wanna edit your videos, i would recomend a program called "Wax 2.0" which is a completly free program that u can do some really cool stuff with. oh and btw, this video is a year old, my new videos are completly different from this if u could please check out :)
