Wells Fargo couldn't care less that they violated Federal banking law for 4-years... OR that their own employees failed to follow Wells Fargo Bank procedure and policy... OR that I am now stuck with bills totaling over $300k as a result... What REALLY concerns Wells Fargo, is that I filmed one of their employees doing her job CORRECTLY. In fact, they were outraged and demanded that I remove this video from YouTube immediately. Nice, huh?
In theory, that sounds like the perfect solution... Kier damaged my property = I sue them to make them pay for it.... Until you take into consideration how long Kier has been doing things like this AND getting away with it. It's almost like people look the other way for Kier, or think that because they are such a large company, they must be doing everything by the book...Sadly, Kier wrote the book and the rules in it apply to everyone else but them.... Until now.
Why dont you (Perry Apartments)sue Kier. Someone has to shut them down. Did you know that in November 2011, a resident at Hill Top Apartments in Denver (a property managed by Kier), fell to his death when a neglected rusted out handrail on a fire escape gave way. Their excuse for not doing the proper fix when it was pointed out before this incident was "it's not in the budget" One life has been lost now because of Kier's neglect.
@StaticJolts From your lips to God's ears... Someone HAS to shut them down!
I am very familiar with the tragedy in Denver. As for Kier's claim that repairs were, "Not in the Budget"... Billionaire basketball star Shaquille O'Neal owns the Hilltop Apartments, and 17 other dilapidated properties in Colorado, that are also managed by Kier. I doubt that making the needed repairs would have broken Shaq's bank.
Im pretty sure its against federal law to video tape the inside of a bank without authorization..... just sayin, since were on the subject of violations of federal law.
@abprepboy33 You are correct. It is absolutely a violation of the law to video tape the inside of a bank without authorization... BUT, which is the worse violation?
1. Me, video taping a Wells Fargo Bank employee, doing her job EXACTLY as Federal law requires her to do it. or
2. Wells Fargo Bank violating Federal Banking law for 4 years, which ultimately caused me damages totaling several hundred thousand dollars.
@PeeryApartments Its unfortunate that one business banker decided to not follow the laws to a T. YOu definitely suffered as a result of one employees mistake. You probably were not the only one either.
Your violation's worse case scenereo is far worse than the business bankers.
Haha funny how she goes "Oh well that was back then."
Ohhhh yea back then they could REALLY fuck us over. Now they gotta be sneaky about it.

Ultimately, Kier will pay.
