@nela04 lol....naturally the private sector tends to perform better then the govt...also Private armys do alot of good for this world...like what Executive Outcomes did in Sierra Leon in the 90s...they were hired from south africa to put down the rebels I think ...or something like that...also the president of mexico could contact Black water to send 300 troops to Juarez to control the citvy and take out the cartels...or they can go work for some dictator in the middle east and kill protesters
