i get the ideas behind black budgets, even going into the trillions. where i get lost from the rest of some of you (my disconnect) is this reptilian shape-shifting, yada-yada. it's a bit far fetched. at least with area 51 there is data, pictures, firm govt denial (then disclosure of its existence), etc. sucking blood, long bloodlines of power (somehow excluding two presidents?) and the like is a little much given some of the concrete data we have. i'm for disclosure, just smart disclosure.
