in the japanese version, it was a bit controversial to release the game into the Western areas due to the fact it was targeted for a more mature audience. In the Japanese version, there were sexual references!!

Do you know in the Japanese version when you lost a game of Janken your clothes would fall off, i don't know why it's it's more acceptable to have a weight dropped on you though

I played this game on an emulator it rocks they should do a remake for the GBA and a streets Of Rage remake too.
