  • Good luck bro

  • As the previous posters said, I think that you will cope absolutely fine with the workload required for GCSE's. New beginnings are always stressful , as are family disputes but you seem to have the maturity and positive nature which will see you through this. You've been at the new school a couple of weeks now, how are you getting on? I've always found that when I've gone into situations that I've been worried about, they usually turn out to be far more enjoyable than I would have thought.

  • You will cope fine with your new school. As the person before me stated, you are extremely intelligent and seem very capable of communicating your thoughts easily. I am sure you are also capable of large amounts of studying and taking more time out of your day for those studies. Anyways, good luck!

  • You are brave and smart, so don't worry that much.

You will pass that with ease, since you are very intelligent and communicative.

Also, don't forget about us mate. You have some serious supporters right here.

Good luck and God bless you! ;)

  • @darijo203 Well donee for saying that :)

  • Hey Tom,

I was a bit worried about transferring to the college too, but actually its not so bad.

You are with all the people in your year group,

the only thing I don't like about the school now is knowing my way around the place is HUGE! it is at least double the size of our old school.

You were awesome in ICT today! You were always answering the questions and even outsmartin the teacher, she didn't know what you were on about so she just went along with it LOL

Well I hope you're more settled now

  • you would be very surprised about how much time GCSEs allow you...its just time management...transistion is hard but its nothing 2 worry about...think of it as a learning curve and an opp 2 make new friends

  • love the shirt i looks cool

  • im about to go into ks4 as well and i agree with wat your saying about having less time as i struggle to get my homework done as it is but im sure it will be fine, teachers always seem to make things sound like a bigger deal then they are :)

  • Aw. I am sorry to hear you are moving schools.

I know it might not be that good right now but it will pick up. changes go in in life and everyone has ones they don't like :(

Just keep doing what you do best and don't do work for your viewers which you don't have time for. studies come first. I hope your new school works out.

  • well idk about changing schools =( kind've sucks I don't know but you might actually make some friends :) welll new friends i wasn't saying you didn't have any friends sorry if it was the wrong way but anyways don't be depressed that's not good... so yeah hope it goes well ok you rock tom :D

  • Good luck, Tom. I wouldn't worry about GCSEs, tbh, several of my classes are now on GCSE level and if anything I'm enjoying it more. Esp. History.

Moving schools also isn't that bad when the people there don't change, all my friends from Primary school came with me to High school, so yeah :P.

Even if the odds are in favour of it sucking- is worrying really going to make it go away? I say maintain a positive bias :D.

    Seriously, good luck :D.

    EMZ=]

  • You're wearing the same shirt I'm wearing today, Tom! :-)

  • You shouldn't be worried about GCSEs at all - I'm in year 10, currently doing GCSEs and coursework and it isn't as tough and stressful as it sounds. The GCSE exams and coursework are actually so spaced out that you are always able to find the time to do whatever you like. Also what you might be pleased to hear about is that the only core subject that you do coursework at home is English, the rest is all done at school. Surprisingly enough, you don't even have Maths coursework anymore!
