One thing I don't like about HTC is the scolling. It is kind of slow. I have an att tilt. I don't kown whether they've sloved that problem or not.

I've had the previous touch and the sound quality is one of the worst I've experienced from a mobile phone. The headphones were quite bad and the overall interface was so unstable, sold it within a month.

you need to buy an adapter for that because most HTC products only sport an extUSB headphone jack and not a 3.5 mm hack.

and yes it does have 3.5mm headjack built-in

i was really surprised on how good the headphones were to be hones.

sound quality is aboloutely brilliant and the look and design is good too of the headhones

its not like regular mobile phone's headphones with one wire shorte than other bot are same lenght and yes it does have mic too which is very small and u can click it to answer or end call.
