Patriots offense is good, but it can be unstoppable, even against the best defenses, with a deep threat / outside threat. They can't fool good defenses like the Steelers and Ravens with small receivers and short routes.
This is why I don't like the Patriots or think they are overrated as a franchise. They have all that power on the offensive line so Tom Brady can have extra time to throw hail marys. If it weren't for Brady's throwing arm, the Pats would suck because they almost have no real running game.
To everyone hating on Welker, let's just look at his stats for this year. (in the regular season) 122 catches for 1569 yards and 9 touchdowns. I think those speak for themselves. also to the miami fans hating on him - Longest touchdown this year: 99 yards.
