the only versions you would find minus the backing vocals would be the original unmastered clovis recordings, as these were dubbed in at the Nor Va Jak studio, before being sent out as masters to Peer Southern music for release on Coral/Brunswick Records

@buddyfan57 i think i heard they overdubbed backing vocals on alot of his songs in the 60's after he died, so you probably can get the original version without them
