@GameraFangirl yes u can make a ball. theres 1 in 1 of the 3d origami books. look up 3d origami book on google and u'll find 3 books on amazon, you'll see a pic of a ball on the cover of 1 of them. it'll hav the diagram for the ball in ther, i dont hav time 2 make a tutorial now, and i dont think i'll make 1 of a ball anyway, so the only way u can kno is from the book unless sum1 else has a tutorial. it uses increasing and decreasing to close the top and bottom

@unnessasarylongname no, but most 3d origami peacocks are pretty much the same with the tail and chest. this one has a different pattern and i made this up before i knew about the large peacock. anyway, if you made any peacock with this type of tail it would look similar, just different size/pattern

Terrific !!! Hey jewellia, what's the dimensions of the paper you are using for making one unit ??? I made 16 units from one A4 size paper and made a basket, but it looks a tad small to me .... And btw , what other color combinations we can use apart from the this ?

i havnt made this with other colour combos, you can just come up with anything you like, dont need to ask me lol. pink and purple diamons? instead of pink and blu? anyway, wow 16 units from A4? that looks big to me lol. i make 32 from A4because you dont use up too much paper. so if u think 1/16 of A4 is small, then the way i do it 1/32 of A4 will be even smaller. but yeah, i think 1/32 of A4 is the best size. iv use 64 out of A4 and even that was ok, but it was a bit harder to slot on

im trying to make this, and i get how to do it but for some reason my base keeps going diagonally instead of straight up like in your video, any idea on how to fix this or on what i may be doing wrong?

slot in diff directions in each row. eg: slot pcs clockwise, (the nxt piece always on the rite) thn on the nxt row slot em anticlockwise, (the nxt piece always on the left). i dunno if that works tho (it was in a book), i guess its just cz the hand is slanted when holding it/slotting it, so just try keep ur hand straight? the other useful tip: stack all ur triangles on top of each other into sticks b4 using them. its just easier 2 stack, and mayb ur more likely 2 put them on straight

yea, i decided to keep stacking them even though they werent straight and the more i added the more straight it started to go. :3 ill try those tips next time though and see if it comes out better! thanks~
