man thats fucked up, this guy just got arrested not too long ago sometime after his defcon lecture. his adobe ebook to pdf converter software got him in trouble with the millenium digital law act or some shit.
being held without bail must be a bitch.....so would being arrested in russia and be extradicted to las vegas. going to las vegas would be cool, if you werent going there on ConAir

yeah well thats just what all the white hats say.
theres white hat hackers, which are defined by teh above Hacker definition. black hat hackers/crackers are one in the same. crackers are more into breaking encryptions,making keygens, and using such to wreak havoc.
grey hat hackers are the ones that find vulnerabilities, have some fun, and then make the public disclosure.
