@journey265 You could just use regular milk if you like. It wouldn't change it a whole lot, just a little less rich. LOL

Not for this. It's not a typical "frosting." It's simply a ganache.

This cakes looks absolutely wonderful.
Did you get the Hershey's special dark cocoa at the hershey's plant store. I've never heard of that kind of cocoa either.
