You just need to find your sim a date from the gypsy woman and make it really bad by insulting them until you can start a fight. It also helps if you ask for another date directly after you get a date with the first person.

They come with nightlife, and they only show up after dark usually in one of the downtown clubs. You really have to hang out downtown for a while to find them (for me anyway).

Well... You could always use a cheat and create vampires in the neighbourhood so that you know you have some. Bool Prop is what I use, but you have to be very careful.

you have to ask for a date from the old woman and ask for another date right after you get the first one, then you have to get the relationship down to -100/-100 and start lots of fights with them. It took me awhile to get the flaming bag of poo.

well, you don't necessarily have to start fights, but it all depends on the date score you get. A real low date score guarantees the flaming bag of poo.
