  • what is your routine and diet?? I have been working hard and dieting myself and I cant seem too loose weight or gain the results I want..

  • Here are some Helpful tips (Not for Competing, but will get you great results)

    1. Increase Poly UnSaturated/ Mono Saturated Fats (More Nuts/ Olive Oil Etc Fish Pill)

    2. Rely on Protein shakes as little as possible Try to get your rec'd amount of protein on a mix of meats and nuts

    3. Cardio!!! But try to keep it to 20 - 30 Minutes AFTER a workout

    4. To increase calorie loss on cardio increase speed not time

    5. Up your PH!! Vegetables and Green Tea(Non Sweetened)
