@Dai7261 In any weightlifting situation with dumbbells, when getting to a point of exhaustion, it is easier and safer to put them on the floor. Why mess with re-racking when several muscle groups are spent? The purpose of the rack is to create a starting point without kicking, swinging, or having someone hand you the dumbbells. This creates a far greater chance of injury than dropping the weights to the floor.
Why don't you just re-rack the weights?
