the biker was quite obviously in the wrong for following the skater. the only thing the skater was doing wrong was... skating... based on your persepective of course.

haha, i have a mtb, theres no specific law in nz saying your can't ride you bike on the footpath, so i just hop on to the curb before the light and back off after the light, not breaking any law and avoid all red lights, ohhh yeah.
lol i ride on the road and i'm 14 and all the adults wanting to get to work want to run the red light but i get in the front and stop them all ^^ mwuhahaha and there is this one guy that when you are crossing the road and its red for him he will yell at you so he can run the red light. my dad was crossing one day and he yelled as he came up to dad and dad just stood there and got hit by this bike he wasn't hurt but he got the guy in trouble with the cops for hitting a pedestrian. twas funny! ...
