Actually, it was the inexperienced motorcyclists who failed to break even though he had ample time too. Notice he was also cycling without a fucking helmet on.
If that car was a piece of shit and not nice, would the man even be half as villainized?

@LolCaramelz Yes he was an experienced rider. I guess you didn't watch his 15 minute interview with the media. He's been riding for over 3 years and taken the MSF course. You don't know how crash happen, but we all do know it's the BMW fault. Didn't you noticed the guy in the black monkey suite on his cell phone just standing there, not helping at all. That young man did what he was surpose to do when he knew he was going to hit something head on, laid it down. I don't even think you ride. I do.

I've been riding for 49 years on and off road. Waring a helmet has saved my life and it is just part of getting on a bike now and should be for everybody else too! I bet it will be for this guy now!

If a bystander would have given this injured cyclist medical help and that injured cyclist had died,, the FAT FUCK LAWYER standing around in the suit 'DOING NOTHING', who Owned the BMW that turned right in front of this biker and CAUSED the accident in the first place, would have sued that bystander trying to help the cyclist for, 'wrongful death'!
