  • Mine just burnt before they got dry :/

  • @codybird344 Did you use almonds that were already roasted? If you use raw almonds, they will not burn. ( the moisture in the sugar/spice/water mixture will prevent that) Please give it another try.. your mouth will thank you. :)

  • @ScrapyardApe Yeah they were salted and roasted, i used a nonstick pan too if that makes a difference

  • @codybird344 The pan is ok. Non-stick surfaces are fine. Since the almonds were already roasted, then yes, they will burn.

  • INgrediens??

  • @MrsKalehpache sorry i didnt see the start hahaha :D ...

  • @MrsKalehpache No worries. Feel free to alter the ingredients and the amounts to suit your tastes. Thanks for watching. :)

  • Can you please do a roasted pumpkin seeds or Pecan video? I love those in the Autumn! Your video was great! Thank you for sharing! :)

  • @LeslieMomma Pecans can be done exactly the same as the almonds! I don't know about pumpkin seeds. I've made them "dry" in a pan before. I'm not sure how well they would hold up with sugar.

  • Try adding a small quantity of powdered Sichuan peppercorns. I know that sounds strange but i believe you'll find it really adds something :)

  • @tallioegian If I can find them in my area, I'll give that a try. I've already made them with ground cayenne and liked the results.

  • Yummy!

  • Yeah they do look good m8! Thumbs up!

  • they look great!!! Yumm my mouth is watering! :D

  • Awesome almonds! :]
