i agree 100% i used to love NBA LIVE FROM 2003-2006. then i bought NBA 2K7 from that day foward i played 2k. nba live looks good but 2k looks like jesus made the game.

It's because NBALive stole designer Michael Wang away from 2k and there tryig ot see how they can compete with this game because that NBA Draft Combine feature is a joke.What people don't understand is that 2ksports will have better graphics but the gameplay this year isn't competing with Live.NBALive essentialy is 2k sports combined! 2k has been dominating over the years but I imagine by 2011 Live will be back on top !

Yeah but 2k9 wasn't this smooth and overall the animation of 2ksports has never been this fluid and I've been playing 2ksports over Live for the last 5 years.Since Live stole Michael Wang from 2ksprts they have all the technology from 2ksports plus Live's own designers so I imagine by next year Live will be the better game and this year it will be more close!

i bought both live 09 and 2k9 and they both have flaws. live had flaws with rebounding, if you had a center thats not known for being a dominant rebounder but he's tall as hell then he can get more than dwight howard or shaq,etc. 2k had that stupid spin move that was abusive and that right trigger/r2 button that made spacing for the player which was also abusive. live had tony parkers bum ass goto move which made him fly through you like a glitch. i wanna play the demo to see if i wanna buy it

Dont be fooled by this stuff just yet...Looks real good but it seems like the gameplay is still terrible. Loooks like 95 percent of the shots made will be all net along with the rim not bending or anything even after a massive Shaq or D Howard dunk. Defense still seems suspect as well
