It's sad that this is actually accurate for some NCO's. I try very hard not to do this to my own squad. I can't stand NCO's that do this kinda shit to their soldiers. However there are PVT's and SPC's that do a lot of stupid shit that causes a lot of extra work for their leadership and fellow squad members at the same time.

I had this same interaction with more then one NCO.. Then when I became one I had to fight with people every time I made a call.

Leadership development needs to be pushed.

This was every fucking day for us. I was ready to kill someone by the end of the day it got so frustrating. I've got nothing against NCO's but the ones that are like this need to be knocked down a rank or two if they don't want to do their job with at least some reasonable level of efficiency. The space cadets make me cringe at the thought of deploying with them in charge.
