Guys seriously this isn't his face. This is a common glitch in games it just shows the indentent features from the back of the character. Look at the back of cheif's head it has an indented crease (even more so where the "eyes" you speak of should be) The golden tint is just a reflection effect on the helmet. This is nothing... move on. Besides even if it was his face it would be a spartan from multiplayer not the cheif anyway.
