This is Ken Vandevrie's music. If you join Ken's facebook page: ADS MEDIA, you will see in the videos section that he has produced four TWN promos in the past.

Also, if you go to the band profile, (still on FB) you will see that the highway

conditions track is up there. So I guess he produced that. And, check out "Ads

sadly the FAQ for the Weather Network's site says that the music they use is packaged for commercial use only, so there's no official way to get it.
