@sugarbunniesxx Yes it is indeed HP's press con. The movie was released after the trio was involved with the lawsuit. This was just before they stopped having activities as DBSK. If I'm not mistaken, the lawsuit started around on somewhere July-August 2009, and HP was released on November 2009 (even though it was filmed on 2008ish), wherein they were all still active members of DBSK until May 2010. :)
