haha it's not a seizure you can tell in the beginning that the camera person starts to tickle or scratch the cats lower back causing the cat to react like that ( The cat also looks back while the person starts to tickle it). I've had cats that do that too...not as funny as this one but they stick there tongues out and try licking things and acting crazy. It's like when you scratch the dogs belly and it shakes it's leg only the cats respond differently haha.
