Frightened or not, he made a conscious decision to go up in a harness 80 feet above the ring. Chances are, he probably pulled the release cord early which caused him to fall to his death. I don't blame Martha for feeling the way she does; losing a loved one, but the truth is that Owen bears partial, if not, sole responsibility.
