In case you didn't notice, There is no easy Victor Wooten style slap bass.. This is just doublethumbing, Not so hard actually. It just takes alot of practice. But even when you master doublethumbing you're a long way from playing "Victor Wooten style"

@MrSupertrono do you have the same bass as in this video, along w everybody else? ..idk how the heck he plays slap bass w/ that thing. ..i bought a Stagg jazz bass & can play slap sooo much better. ..i hate precision bass pickups for trying to play jazz/slap. ..really, just look @ tips, you need to use your 1st thumb knuckle on it's side basically. ..after a good week or two of practice it should callous up nicely & get tough. ..then you'll really be slappin that bitch like she owes you money!

hey dude... if u have flea's approach... double thumping is way more difficult because of the thumb angle..

i find double thumping easier if you keep your thumb along the string.. rather than downwards... and practise slow... speed will come .. musnt be impatient cause then your timing,posture and technique will be all over the place.. if u learn slow you will be playing fast and clean in no time.. :)
