Very good, you have a nice voice and the piano patch you selected there on the KORG sounds like a real piano. Also this song sounds very professional like if it's famous and played on the radio, congratulations!! One couriosity i have, how did you connect the microphone, through the jack of the optional ''voice/ sampling'' card (sold seprately that i know of) which can be mounted inside the designated housing on the back that the KORG offers or did you have to use a mixer to do the trick?

Thank you so much! That means a lot! To make this recording I used Cubase and had the microphone going through a Presonus tube preamp into a Presonus Firestudio interface.

nice voice man. Ur pretty skilled on the piano too. Im not to big on the sound quality though. Is that a condeser mic? My mate just got a Audio Technica AT4040 Condenser Microphone and n it sounds pretty good ( seriously thinkin bout nickin it). Anyway, good job. Cheers.

no, its a dynamic mic. I have a condenser, but it picks up too much of the noise from my fingers on the keyboard. the keys are not weighted to it makes more noise

First thing I notice: great sound quality. It's appreciated.

I like your technique.

I like the lyrics.

I like the music.

But it still feels like they aren't mixing in quite the right way. I believe that may be mostly on the part of technique (for both voice and piano). You're trying hard to reach some sort of style, but it's fluctuating between what you think you should be doing, and what naturally comes to you.

tl;dr >> I like it, but it needs work.

Thanks! and that is an interesting thought! I have never considered that, but I think its possible. I always try to get into it as much as possible and just relax and feel the music, but I must admit, sometimes I get distracted
