  • we lost him guys )

maybe he is about to be dead

    who knows :)

  • Nice cover of this song! You say you will make a video lesson for this song but where can we learn it ? On your website ?

  • Floyd are my all-time favorite band (especially Early Floyd), and this particular song was one of the very first I learned when I switched from bass to solo guitar. I still play it to this day and the pleasure is still tremendous. It's plain to see that you too feel the same thing. I think of subscribing. Yup. Cheers and btw, yes, you're awesome!

  • i think i love you lol

  • fuckin awesome man

  • great^^ keep on floyding

  • excellent!

  • really good video. could you pls upload the difficult part (1:18) without the echo?

  • man plz send thos tabs to me

  • really good :-)

  • what all effects did you use?

    Other than the delay ofc.

  • Class act ;)

  • 380ms 30 rp 40 feedback.. here you are

  • Great work !! Congratulations !!! Parabens !!!

  • @narendiraon haha thanks!! playing guitar is pretty much awesome when you get lots of effects to play with (:

  • I think that david gilmour invented himself allmost completly, considering some of the guitar parts that he wrote for the wall album. mostly thanks to those parts the wall do not sound like another floyd album, but like something that stands on his own.this cover just shows how essential for the wall album are a few guitar parts.amazing

BTW, I'm not realy sure who wrote those guitar parts, may it be waters?.

  • Excellent effects, you really get the part… nice work

  • N-I-C-E

  • Great cover. Tabs or lesson video please especially for the part after 1:18

  • @uniform2007 i will make a video lesson for this song, with and without the delay effect. if you guys can hold on a few more weeks... i've been really really busy for a while, but i'll find some time to make it! (:

  • @uniform2007 great job. Tab on your take of another brick in the wall part1 would be greatly recieved

  • how do you do the delay? do you have a pedal? if so what kind is it?

  • @FlickOfTheSwitch83 i used a Zoom G2.1u which as the delay effect in it

  • That was perfect.

    Eso estuvo perfecto.

    Bravisimo

  • @carlospenso thank you!

  • can you provide tabs for the first 30 sec?

  • @RandyEats12 i will give it a try!

  • great great great cover!

  • @Waiting7up thank you very much!

  • @cascimiro

    :)

  • really a great cover!

  • we all waiting for your next video, please dont hang us out to dry... =P

VERY nice cover tho, like to see pink floyd player on yt... but i still want to tell you that if u like Floyd much, then you've to buy a Fender Stratocaster, NOT Ibanez, friendly... ;)

    Jim...!

  • @4erosmith i am really considering to buy a strat... i finally see what is the point hehe

  • i have to agree with pinkfloydcrazed and maagicmushroom by far the best cover on you tube. most people play it to slowly but you have the tempo spot on. dont worry about the ending it's still pretty good. thanks for posting.

  • @graph15 thanks a lot! :D

  • dude this is imense! best version on youtube yet! do you have tabs for it at all?

  • @MaagicMushroom thanks a lot!

i don't have the tabs, i got this mainly by ear! anyway, the most important is to set the delay amount to something between 440-460ms. learning the song after that was quite natural for me (:

  • @cascimiro aa thats insane XD not only is this the best version but to do it all by ear is awesome :D

yeah i put the delay around about there n learnt some of it by watching the video :D

  • @MaagicMushroom i figured out that, to teach this song to someone, the best thing is to play it without he delay effect. i should upload a version without delay this january (as well as a version with delay). just hold on, shouldn't take so long! (:

  • its really good, but ! buy a strat sounds so much better if you wanna play floyd, good luck

  • @hooglander13 this ibanez i have is a cheap guitar (~$200) i'm planning to buy a new ibanez in the future, might sound WAY better! but still gotta save money for it

  • @PinkFloydCrazed thanks! the ending is still not very accurate... im promising im gonna put a new video up for like 4 months now... just gotta buy new strings! hehe

  • goddam it , hats off dude, playing smooth like butter

  • @ashtalk8 hey thanks! i'm putting a new video soon with the last part much closer to the original, i finally learned it right way!

  • @cascimiro cool, will wait for it, just ensure the bends are accurate like gilmour's

  • mate, that was brilliant, thanks from oz

  • this was magic

  • Very Nice! Well played.

  • So emotional...this is how guitar playing should be!

    Your tone is amazing

  • thanks!!

  • Delay Boss?

  • nop. the delay effect is from my zoom g2.1u

  • hell yeah, i got zoom g2

can you say what set up you use

at least delay, reverb or fx set up

  • delay is set to 450ms (or 440ms, not sure) and some chorus, nothing else!

  • ive always wondered how david gilmour played that. thatnks alot

  • me too! that's why i learned it. btw this video isn't 100%... i've learned how to play it correctly after posting this hehe

  • @cascimiro lol i thought he was like playing with his other fingers as hes doin the beat.

  • it's all about the delay effect! (:

  • hey teacher! leave those kids alone!

  • nice!

  • Good job ;)

  • thanks!
