  • You have a great voice. Big sound. Almost sounds like you have a black man's voice much like wintley phipps but a higher range. He's on YouTube as well. Remember not to push, let the air do the work and your voice will last longer. Great job! Keep it up.

  • You are very talented! I love this song. If you ever put the audio to MP3, please let me know! I would love it.

  • too much gesturing makes it look contrived, but damn boy you can sing, I got some songs for you...

  • Did you go to Uarts? Because that's definitely a practice room! lol

  • Wow awesome voice...u should cover some avenged sevenfold...also when u have a long note u should creshendo (sp) or diminuendo (sp) cus otherwise its quite hard to listen to due to the rawness in ur voice (or anyones for that matter) sorry if it seems like im crazy

  • perfect HOT body + nice face! mmmmh! Marry me!

  • This is a breath of fresh air. Excellent, and PLEASE keep it up...!

  • One other thing.....you've probably heard it a million times but, have you ever thought of doing some songs by Gary Puckett from the Union Gap (Young Girl, Will Power, Cara Mia) or Blood Sweat & Tears (Spinning Wheel)...all from the 60's? Your voice has the perfect timbre for that. It's so great to hear a guy since with a MAN's voice, not these whispy R&B or boy band voices. I'd buy your CD in two seconds. Best!

  • Your voice has terrific potential. Keep working on it...particularly the upper register. Your lower is awesome and rich. Be careful of phrasing, too...such as, "What I'd dare, just to spend one day out (breath) there." It's a complete sentence/thought and shouldn't be broken. Sing it like you'd speak it. The other issue is just TRUST yourself. Take yourself and your humanity on stage and KNOW that's enough. We want to see YOU, not all the stagey movements.

  • absolutely fantastic!

  • That was pure awesome. Your voice is amazing.

  • This is actually one of the BETTER performances of this song I've seen on here. Great job!

  • I LOVE this so much. You just made me sooooo happy!

  • you blew me away with your voice... i never thought quasimodo could be hot, but you proved me wrong... dont ever stop singing...

  • yeh i agree with trick2309. I really liked it you've got a fanstatic voice, although i think you were holding back in the voice in some bits, just go with what feels natural and it will look natural in your body langauge. But serious good job!

  • youre hot

  • you have a wondrful voice

  • Great!!!!!

  • You're fantastic. I was just sitting here, musing about what I should do on youtube, and then I remembered watching this particular youtube video over a year ago! I had to find it again.

You are fantastic and memorable. =] Keep it up.

  • @HersheysKisses637

You have an amazing voice keep up the good work!

  • Your voice is perfect for this song. Most guys butcher it, but not you.

  • Very good voice and structure the ending you hit it but you lost the emotion just a tiny bit n tried to retrieve it I could tell but overall very played out and sung beautifully.

  • hahaha beautifoul voice.... but you want to be my private dancer????

  • I sang this to my girlfriend at lunch the other day completely without music. She had never heard this song before and said I did great.

  • you have a great voice, but next time you should wear another shirt lol

  • actually .. the best ive seen on the tube!!! good job!

  • sweet

  • I thought it was asweme!!! it's so much fun singing that song. You should keep pratcing and maybe audition I'm sure you'd get the part if you really tried and held out the notes a little more.

  • Loved it ^^

  • Looks like Pheobus but sings like Quasimodo. Wicked :)

  • wow...you just blew me away. is anyone elses heart flutttering right now...? fantastic singing, the beggining in particular. thank you for posting and keep it up :)

  • omgosh i have the same name as you!!! first and last!!!

  • Nice! You nailed it. Nice work!

  • It's funny, you know. I have to admit, when I first hit play, the first thing I thought was, "woah. a football jock." Your shirt didn't help your case. ;]

I humbly apologize, because your voice was amazing, and it seriously takes balls to act like that, especially in front of a camera for brutal youtubers. I love this version. You should try and make one with better quality.

    Good luck. =]

  • @HersheysKisses637 You've reflected my exact thoughts :)

  • i love the voice. .and the looks too!!

  • you are fantastic at singing and gorgeous xx

  • Just great singing ! 5 Stars !!!

  • As someone who hopes to pursue musical theatre, I can really appreciate your voice. The audio isn't the best, but your actions and emotions came through with this song. I'd love to see you be a little more bold with some of those top notes though, even if they are high A's. Trust me, my music teacher is making me sing this, and I'm a soprano. Awesome job. Congrats. I'd compare your voice to Adam Pascal, it's that great.

  • nice voice :) and I love how you put so much emotion into the song that helps the viewer realize what your feeling :) I'm sure you will get

    OUT THERE!!!

  • Aww! You're so good!!

And I love your shirt! XP

But seriously, your singing is great!!

Keep uo the good work! :]

  • ...and aubrey is his name, hehe great singing

    keep going

  • Great singing. The audio doesn't do you justice I think. Love this song. I'm a singer myself but I'm a baryton so this song is just a bit too high. Great job!

  • U sing better than original. WOW

  • WHOA! 0_0

your voice woke me up! it's BEAUTIFUL! and your acting during this song is very appropriate and it makes the role a lot more interesting to watch! YAY!! ^_^

  • wow!!! huhuhuhu!!! i love your voice dude!!!

  • oh my gawd...

    love ur emotion..

but when he said to hold forever/ sumfing lol soz I 4got... make it sweeter...

    and watch the beat..

'just to live one day out there..'

and during high notes, keep x-tra attention to those part...

  • I still haven't gotten tired of listening to you- you have an incredible voice.

Have you considered writing music of your own? You could have a career in music if you wanted to....

  • Tremendous vocal performance! 5 stars!

  • I was very impressed with how you shaped the emotion behind the song.

You also have a VERY nice range, great job Keep going!

  • awesome. seriously, this is one of my favorite songs so i'm usually pretty critical of it...this is the best rendition i've ever heard.

  • ...wow!

  • Awesome job!!!

  • seems like you were practicing for a musical or something.

one of my favorite versions of this cover :)

    great job!

  • I LOVE YOUR VOICE!!!!!!!!!!

One critique though, you need to let the song flow more. Your diction is incredible, but it's causing the song to lose it's flow... it became staccato instead of legato. Other than that, WOW!

  • If I Can'T Love Her please?

  • hi Aubrey! sounds really good -- are you going to post more videos anytime? cheers

  • Sing Hellfire next. Not to be offensive, but I think, based on the voice you have, which is more of a baritone/bass, that would be a better song for you. Still though, very good singing.

  • Very good man. One of my favorite Disney songs. From experience, I'd say try the song with no movement at all. Tell the story with your heart and face... If you can do that... you're on your way.

  • I'd love to hear you sing Music of the Night or Wandering Child from Phantom of the Opera.

  • dude, good voice, but you overpronounce. it doesn't sound natural. hot body tho ;)

  • Great voice.

Buy another mic though. You deserve better than the one you used here.

  • I like it....

  • You have a very great voice, but I think not the right voice for Quasimodo. I miss the softness and the yearning in your voice. I think your voice is beautiful, but too big for this song. I'd like to hear a darker song from you.

  • I'd like to hear If I can't love her from you, from Disney's Beauty & The Beast, the Broadway Musical.

  • Really great job! I'm conducting this in a few days, and enjoyed your interp. Keep singing!

  • Cool - If I may be honest?..

You can afford to do less. Many of the movements aren't made with impulse, so they look rigid. That said, you buy into everything you say which is very rare in musical theatre nowadays.

I think you were slightly under pitch on the "I'd spend.." If it helps, aim the back of your tongue towards the soft palette. This will make the sound brighter and less 'flat'.

Hope this helps! Some nice acting choices..

  • thanks for the tips

  • Powerful!

  • Big voice! Wow.
