Wow, this really smacked me in the face. I have alwas felt uncomfotable with my body and weight. I am beginning to realize that my only way to make my life better is to live who and what I am then I'll be able to reach my goal with less stress and misery. Thank you very much I am really going to try and start loving myself and my body.
