No the real 3D glasses work with a different technology that uses a special layer coated on the cinema screen.

The clips and shows that channel 4 are doing need an amber and blue lensed pair of glasses for a 3d effect to be apprent.

im trying to use those 3D glassed i got from watching Ice age 3D in the cinema. They have black lenses and look like sunglasses. I have tryed all of the 3d options and non of them work. Which one is it?

unfortunatly the Black 3D lenses dont work...u need the cheap Amber/red or Red/Blue glasses in order for it to work :(

Its a different type of 3d, you would need a specialist monitor to view using the shaded lenses as most cinemas use technology which incorporates both the screen and glasses in a different manner. To look at '3d' on a normal monitor you would need red and cyan glasses.

Hi,

Lots of people are experimenting with 3D in this way and if you're one of them can you suggest a package for Fristaljlo09 and others?

In the meantime, you need software that gives you 2 or more video tracks and the ability to change the size/shape of your video. All the filters are applied in YouTube, so don't worry about that bit. My personal experience has been with Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, but I'm sure lots of people can suggest others.
