u could play it either way. it is in the tab book that u play it with the 4th fret...but thats the beginner bookand the intermediate boook... in the expert book it is a bend...

Its not wrong, its same note but Page bends the string. if you would slide down from the second fret to the fourth it would practicly sound the same
